The project is located in Ekaterinburg is Russia's fourth biggest city, located in the Ural Mountains. The scheme is as varied in nature as the scope itself, which comprises of luxury boutiques, a shopping centre, large public square, business centre, street lighting, and a private courtyard garden with a central spa.

The vision was to create a focal point in the city, and establish a major new city destination for locals as well as visitors.
